If you are looking for an update on an existing order, please reference the order/transaction ID number in the email. We are also dedicated to ensure minimal impact on shipping times and will work diligently to maintain fast delivery. We however can not control FedEx or UPS. With the extra shipping due to covid19, they no longer guarantee the 3 day shipping timeframe.
